Park Avenue is a development of exclusive apartments recently launched in Douglas, Cork. Nutshell was engaged to work with Savill’s HOK to develop its marketing tools. Park Avenue’s key selling point is its location - with Douglas and City Centre within walking distance and direct access to the main road network.
The campaign concept was built on the developments proximity to all conveniences and the many additional amenities on site including landscaped grounds and underground carpark.
The project included an identity, stationery suite, brochure, website, on site signage and outdoor advertising. Park Avenue grounds will be finished to a very high standard with an impressive mix of hard and soft landscaping including a considerable number of mature trees. This finish was reflected in the identity.
